Requirements:
•Korean national who can speak conversationally in English
•At least high school graduate
•With Customer Service Experience
•Willing to work in Pampanga
•Willing to work onsite

필요 역량:
•한국 국민
•현재 필리핀 거주자
•BPO/ CSR 경험이 있으신 분 우대
•최신 기술에 능숙하고, 가젯, 컴퓨터 및 기타 장치의 문제해결할수 있는 분을 우대합니다
•고등학교 또는 칼리지 졸업자
•최대한 빨리 근무 가능하신 분

Responsibilities:
•Provide excellent customer service to clients in accordance of proper company procedure and applying technical expertise
•Maintain system services and company products updated
•Develop new strategies to improve customer service
•Maintain confidentiality customer’s data and process accordingly their requests
