Customer Service Officer(Korean Speaking)

Job Description
 Ensures that basic CS functions are performed
 Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
 Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat/ Email / Phone
 Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions.

Requirement
 Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree, any field.
 Required language(s): Native Korean who is able to communicate in Korean and English.
 Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
 Working in Makati
 Accept online gaming industry and work in Shift schedule
